I was inspired to shoot this object by the recent theater re-release of the classic "Jaws" in 3D. My wife and I just got to see this, one of my favorite movies ever, in a virtually empty theater. Robert Shaw is amazing. "Anyway, we delivered the bomb."
I reinstalled my Starizona Nexus Reducer/Corrector in my Sky-Watcher Quattro 250p to fit the Shark into my FOV and was reminded how much I love this reducer/set-up. With this scope and the ASI2600MC, my resolution is right at 1"/px and things just seem to work, per the conventional wisdom. F/3 at 750mm is pretty great as well.
This was also my first use of the newly updated StarXterminator. I not only removed stars with this, but I generated an "unscreen stars" image. Using that "unscreen stars" image less-stretched, blended with the starless image using "Screen" blend was super easy and generated great results.
